“Since a few weeks my Fairline Targa 48 is equipped with an EXTURN bow and stern thruster. The result is fantastic: the 15 m long, 4 m wide motor boat weighing 13 tons turns extremely easy, quiet, and fast on narrow space. With the EXTURN devices only, not using the powerful   2 x 480 hp Volvo-Penta motors with whom a narrow turn is accomplished much more difficult, slower and extremely loud. Also docking maneuvers are a walk-over with the assistance of EXTURN. In particular the sideward shifting in tough situations is very helpful, for example when refueling at the ports‘ gas station. Harbour spectators are admiring these elegant maneuvers and sometimes even give applause!"
